The UConn Center for Land Use Education and Research (CLEAR) will be running an Advanced Legal Procedures Training on Saturday, November 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Option to attend virtually is now full. In-person training will be held at the UConn Middlesex County Extension Center located at 1066 Saybrook Road, Haddam, CT 06438. The training may be eligible for the full four (4) training hours of the required CGS Sec. 8-4c training - participants must attend the full day to be eligible.

This three-day International HACCP Alliance approved Meat and Poultry HACCP course will provide participants with the information they need to prepare a HACCP food safety program and also plan for a plant under USDA/FSIS Grant of Inspection.

For a donation of $15, we will provide you with a 2027 calendar.
