In its 15th year, the Administrative Support Professionals’ Academy is designed to provide administrative support professionals with tools to enhance their performance and bring significance to their roles. The program is aimed at administrative assistants, executive assistants, office managers, secretaries, receptionists, and support staff.

The Fellows Academy will identify, develop, and prepare the next generation of academic leaders by providing opportunities for professional growth, mentoring, and the building of collaborative networks among educators. Described as the “big picture of higher education”, this Academy provides academic leaders with a deeper understanding of the accreditation process and prepares them to navigate the challenges faced in higher education.

Standard Registration Fee for the CEPS Career Fair

The Multicultural Education Institute (MEI) is held annually at the University of Central Oklahoma and is designed to assist teachers, future teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, counselors, and other personnel in education to understand and implement strategies and programs in schools that build cross-cultural appreciation and academic success for all students.

Career Fair Sponsorship $750 Includes: Fair registration, one additional recruiter, Social Media recognition in weeks leading up to the fair, recognition signage as sponsor at booth, organization logo on career fair handout and highlighted name on fair map.

Oklahoma Research Day Sponsorship Includes: Fair registration, additional recruiters, Social Media recognition, recognition on event signage, and space on first floor of Wellness Center

After the early bird rate, which concludes at 11:00pm on Mar. 30th, the price may increase to $349.

The Higher Education Department Chair Academy (The Chair Academy) provides practical and detailed training essential to overseeing academic departments to department chairs, assistant department chairs, school directors, deans, and core curriculum coordinators who are new to relatively new in the position (those starting their first or second year). This Academy covers the “nuts and bolts” of chairing an academic department.

UCO Jazz Camp (June 22-27, 2025)

Join us as we explore the overarching concept of RESToration. The morning will be focused on leaders’ mental health and taking care of themselves so they can more effectively take care of others. There will be a lot of opportunity for small group interaction and sharing, along with arts learning and focus.

The UCO Outdoor Adventure Camp is a great experience, designed to get kids active in the outdoors! July 18-20, 2017. Check in for camp begins at 8:30am each morning, with camp starting 9:00am. Pick up time for camp is at 12:00pm

The Accounting Career Fair, hosted by the University of Central Oklahoma College of Business, is for employers seeking students and alumni for full-time and/or part-time employment and internship opportunities in the accounting industry. This event will be held from 1:30 p.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, in the UCO College of Business Atrium.

Teachers Learning Creatively (TLC) is a new workshop series for Oklahoma educators through the 2020-21 school year via Zoom! Each session will be have its own registration with its own concepts and topics designed for elementary and secondary educators.

The Transformative Leadership Academy (originally known as the Educational Administrators’ Academy) provides the rare opportunity for Higher Education, Career Tech, and K-12 faculty, staff, and administrators to experience in-depth leadership development designed specifically for educational leaders.

This registration is for non-UCO participants who wish to attend the Collegium on College Teaching Practice in-person at UCO's Campus.
