In its 15th year, the Administrative Support Professionals’ Academy is designed to provide administrative support professionals with tools to enhance their performance and bring significance to their roles. The program is aimed at administrative assistants, executive assistants, office managers, secretaries, receptionists, and support staff.

Drawing on decades of experience being assistants, hiring assistants and support roles, and coaching support roles, the Connect Assistant Resource team believes that the key to success in your role is all about the soft skills. With a combination approach of both mindset and practical approaches, Valerie Riley, will help you identify the key issues that are holding productivity and progress back in your role and department, alongside peers in positions just like yours. TUITION
Early-bird Registration Fee: $250.00 ends January 15, 2025.
Regular Registration Fee: $350.00 January 16 – February 27, 2025
Late Registration Fee: $400 February 28 – March 4, 2025.
Registration includes parking at the Nigh University Center, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and an interactive educational program. 
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Educators Leadership Academy. If the request is received more than 30 days prior to the academy, all amounts already paid will be refunded minus US $50.00 per booking administration fee. Participants who cancel within 30 days prior to the academy for any reason, including medical reasons, will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation requests received following number of days before event:
30 – 15 days = 50% of full fee
14 days or less = 100% of full fee
In addition, the following apply:
Another person can be substituted for another registered participant.

One hundred percent (100%) refund if the academy is canceled or rescheduled by the Educators’ Leadership Academy.
