In its 15th year, the Administrative Support Professionals’ Academy is designed to provide administrative support professionals with tools to enhance their performance and bring significance to their roles. The program is aimed at administrative assistants, executive assistants, office managers, secretaries, receptionists, and support staff.

Drawing on decades of experience being assistants, hiring assistants and support roles, and coaching support roles, the Connect Assistant Resource team believes that the key to success in your role is all about the soft skills. With a combination approach of both mindset and practical approaches, Valerie Riley, will help you identify the key issues that are holding productivity and progress back in your role and department, alongside peers in positions just like yours. Late Registration Fee: $400 February 28 – March 4, 2025.
