The Transformative Leadership Academy provides the rare opportunity for Higher Education, Career Tech, and K-12 faculty, staff, and administrators to experience in-depth leadership development designed specifically for educational leaders. Transformational leadership is about connecting with and motivating employees, colleagues, and students in meaningful ways that can shape the future through innovation and progress. Adaptability through the essential skills of emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, leadership theories, negotiation management, and legal frameworks is key to the success of educational leaders. These skills thus serve as the foundation for the Transformative Leadership Academy, to allow you to lead transformation in your organization.

Tuition
Early-bird Registration Fee:
$1,999.00, includes meals, lodging, and instructional materials for each session, ends June 30, 2025.
Regular Registration Fee:
$2,499.00, includes meals, lodging, and instructional materials for each session, July 1 – August 15, 2025.
Participants are responsible for their transportation to the session locations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Educators Leadership Academy. If the request is received more than 30 days prior to the academy, all amounts already paid will be refunded minus US $50.00 per booking administration fee. Participants who cancel within 30 days prior to the academy for any reason, including medical reasons, will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation requests received following number of days before event:
30 – 15 days = 50% of full fee
14 days or less = 100% of full fee
In addition, the following apply:
Another person can be substituted for another registered participant.
One hundred percent (100%) refund if the academy is canceled or rescheduled by the Educators’ Leadership Academy.
