Anyone planning a conference, meeting or special event in Atlanta who needs conference housing or event space can complete a
Contract Request Form
. The request will be submitted and reviewed, and conference staff will contact the conference organizer.

Conference Services will begin processing applications and contract requests for the subsequent summer the first Monday of November each year.
