Passport Execution Fee (DS-11)

Application Fees and Execution Fees are paid separately. The application fee is paid directly to the Department of State. For more information about passport fees, visit trave.state.gov.

**The Execution/Acceptance fee is paid directly to the acceptance facility.

The Passport Execution fee is paid by U.S. passport applicants using the DS-11 form only.

• First-time applicants over 16
• Children under 16
• Applicants re-applying after reporting their previous passport lost or stolen
