Instrument Rental

GSU School of Music * Instrument Rental Fee

The School of Music students must use this portal to pay for the required instrument rental fee for an enrolled applied course, ensemble, or a methods class that requires the use of that instrument. The use of School of Music instruments or equipment for personal performance jobs is not permitted.

After placing your online payment for a music course instrument rental, renters must take their receipt to the Instrument room in Standard, Room 217 or see your music education course faculty to pick up the instrument. You will also be required to complete the Instrument Equipment Rental Contract form. The Instrument room hours are posted.

An instrument is checked out for a period of one semester and is to be returned prior to the last day of final exams. The instrument may be renewed for additional time with the faculty authorization; however, a new check-out with faculty approval will be required.
