Cancellation Schedule for Land Package:
i) 20% of the total Land Package Fees and Charges for any cancellation between 100 and 91 or more days before the start of the Period of Performance;
ii) 40% of the total Land Package Fees and Charges for any cancellation between 90 and 61 or more days before the start of the Period of Performance;
iii) 60% of the total Land Package Fees and Charges for any cancellation between 60 and 41 days before the start of the Period of Performance;
iv) 80% of the total Land Package Fees and Charges for any cancellation between 40 and 31 before the start of the Period of Performance; or
v) 100% of the total Land Package Fees and Charges for any cancellation between 30 and 01 days before the start of the Period of Performance.
