Wrong yearbook
Nutmeg Publishing sends our publisher the official registrar lists of graduates from December, May, and August of a given school year (ex: December 2018, May 2019 and August 2019), and that list is what determines which yearbook students receive (ex: 2019). The senior portraits are automatically sent from our photography company to our publishing company and imported into the book. In some rare cases, a student may get their portrait taken because they anticipate a specific graduation date and then actually graduate at a different date, or may have an official conferral date after they intended to graduate or walked. Unfortunately, we do not have the financial or administrative resources to individually track and monitor each student in these circumstances. Because portraits are free of charge to take, students are welcome to take another photo if they determine they will be graduating later than expected.
If you believe you have received a yearbook for a different year than expected and would like to order another year, we are offering a reduction to the prices on our online marketplace and charging only for shipping. Students can also set up an appointment to exchange their yearbook for free in person.

Throughout the year leading up to graduation, we advertise to seniors that they need to update their permanent address in student admin as the permanent address on file in that system is where their book will be shipped. Unfortunately, as a small student-run organization we do not have the resources to re-send books to those who failed to update their address. If you did not receive your book and would like to purchase one, you are more than welcome to visit our marketplace.

Since the 2017-2018 book was severely delayed, we also sent each graduate an email with the opportunity to update their address with us before we sent it out. Unfortunately, as a small student-run organization we do not have the resources to re-send books to those who failed to update their address.
