Off-Campus Trip Ticket Purchasing Policies

  • SUBOG Trips are for UConn-Storrs undergraduate students only.
  • A ticket must be purchased in advance and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • The student purchasing the ticket must also be the student planning to attend the trip.  
  • On the day of the trip, the students attending must show the SUBOG representatives their valid UConn ID and a printed or digital copy of the ticket purchase confirmation email.
  • Students must ride the bus round trip; from and back to campus.   Students are not permitted to meet the group at the destination of the trip, nor stay at the destination and not ride the bus back to UConn.
  • Students must follow the Student Code of Conduct and any other local, state, and federal policies at all times.
  • Students must complete an ‘Activity Participation Acknowledgment and Release of Liability' form prior to getting onto a bus.
  • Students must check in with the SUBOG representatives at the bus prior to the advertised departure time.  If the student has not arrived to the bus by the advertised departure time, the ticket will be forfeited.  No refunds will be granted.
  • Credit and debit cards are the only accepted forms of payment.
  • All sales are final – there are no refunds or exchanges.

  • TICKETS PURCHASED ON THURSDAY, APRIL 11th MUST BE PICKED UP FROM THE GAMPEL WILL CALL!  WILL CALL OPENS AT 5PM!
