UConn Dining Services operates an in-house bakery and in 2015 we opened the kitchen of the first ever gluten-free bakery on a college campus. We also offer pie and baked good sales for Thanksgiving and Easter as well as specials throughout the year. Although the bakery does not operate a storefront, online ordering and pick-up is still available for the Storrs campus and local community. At this time we do not deliver to student rooms or offices.

Forms of payment accepted: Credit Card or Husky Bucks* 

**Paying by Husky Bucks? Please Read** If you are paying with your Husky Bucks please enter the code HUSKYBUCKS in the promotional code box at the beginning of the checkout process. This will allow you to check out with a zero balance so that the system does not ask you for a credit card payment. When our staff  receive your order they will take care of w/drawing your Husky Bucks funds for the actual cost of the order. In the Buyer Info section please be prepared to also enter your PeopleSoft number. Please make sure your Husky Bucks account has enough funds to cover your order. If it doesn't, this may cause delays and impact your pick up date if you are only providing a week's notice.


Advance Notice: Please provide at least a one week notice of when you need to pick up order. Please review the days/times of our pick up locations below.

Pick Up Locations: Upon check out you can choose to pick up your order at the Bakery (Dining Commissary Building on Gurleyville Rd) or at the Union Exchange convenience store located in the Student Union.

Bakery Pick Up Days/Times: Monday to Friday from 6am-2:30pm
Union Exchange Convenience Store: 11am-8pm everyday

Cancelling Your Order: To cancel or change your order, please contact Dining Services Main Office within 24 hours of placing your order, at 860-486-3128. If calling on the weekend or on a holiday, please leave a voicemail and a staff member will return your call the next business day, during normal business hours.

Sweet Art Logo: If you choose to have a Sweet Art Logo (printed edible art) added to your cake, please email it to eric.merkle@uconn.edu and reference your order number.

Vegan = using or containing no animal products. Our vegan/non-dairy products include: chocolate or vanilla cake flavor; chocolate or vanilla frosting; fillings: raspberry, lemon, cherry, chocolate or vanilla frosting.

ATTENTION: NUT ALLERGY WARNING: Products made at the UConn Bakery are made in an environment where nuts are used and handled. For that reason we cannot guarantee that any products made at the UConn bakery are nut free. Even if nuts are not on the list of ingredients there still may be a trace of nuts or nut oils in the product. If anyone is allergic to any type of nuts it would be advised to not eat of the products from the UConn Bakery, this includes the Not Just Desserts line.
