We are committed to providing a welcoming environment to all participants and to engaging students from under-represented groups. The demographic info that we collect enables us to see trends, improvements, and shortfalls in the diversity of our participants. Only aggregated frequencies with 10 or higher counts will be used in our summaries. Students can apply to have the cost of registration reimbursed, the cost of tax will not be included in the reimbursment. Out of state students can also apply for a traveling support reimbursement of $450, priority will be given to presenters. A optional resume book will be collected, a link to the submission form will be provided in the comfirmation email. Abstract submissions can be submitted through the link in the confirmation email.
