6 MONTH MEMBERSHIP

A 6-month membership provides access to all open and available facilities during the course of six months, including the pool, fitness area and gymnasium at UConn Avery Point. Upon completion of this electronic transaction, all prospective members will receive an email from the UConn Avery Point athletic department that will include facility guidelines, parking options and an Assumption of Risk form. This membership will not be activated until the documents are received and reviewed by the registrant; and applicable forms are returned and approved by the UConn Avery Point athletic department. All individuals must abide to all posted rules, regulations and hours of operation and sign a facility Assumption of Risk form. If the member wishes to add on a membership for an additional family member aged 10 or older, this individual can be added at check out. The cost of adding any additional family members is $125 per individual for a 6-month membership. Any family members under the age of 10 may join said member for activities in the gymnasium or the pool, with proper parental/guardian supervision, at no cost. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 ARE ALLOWED IN THE FITNESS AREA. All family members, regardless of age, must have a parent/guardian sign a facility Assumption of Risk form.
