This service is an in-person tailored workshop on injury prevention. It includes real-time demonstration of the exercises, guided instruction, and access to online/ printable resources. This also includes a customized treatment and functional rehabilitation plan based on the findings and coach input. **Cost is for up to 5 coaches.
