Rhythm Guitar, December 4, 11, 3-5 pm

Struggling to get your strumming and timing to line up? Or know a few chords but want your rhythm playing to sound tighter and more confident? In Rhythm Guitar 1, you’ll build core skills like counting, keeping time, strumming patterns, pick control, palm muting, and smoother chord changes. You’ll also learn to lock into the beat so your playing feels more natural and solid. This beginner-level class is also great for players who already know some chords and want to improve their timing and rhythm. Students should have access to a guitar for class and practice. A music stand is optional but helpful.
