    JCCC funds can NOT to be used to purchase CAV cards for employees/student employees.

    Place the order ONLY after approval is obtained from your Budget Administrator, the Accounts Payable Manager, and the required W-9 tax information has been submitted to Accounts Payable.  The value of CAV cards given to students and non-employees is potentially taxable and reportable income on a 1099-MISC form.
