Marietta College Boathouse (812 Gilman Avenue, Marietta, OH) RELEASE & WAIVER: Entity agrees that it will defend, indemnify and hold and save Marietta College its current and former trustees, officers, employees and volunteers harmless of, from and against all claims, demands, actions, damages, loss, cost, liabilities, expenses and judgments recovered from or asserted against Marietta College. In the event of a claim or demand against Marietta College, Entity agrees that Marietta College shall be entitled to retain counsel of its choice and shall be entitled to direct any defense of its interests. Entity shall be responsible for promptly reimbursing Marietta College for any and all fees or costs reasonably incurred as a result of the claim or demand.
I have read this hold harmless and indemnity agreement and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily. I warrant that I have authority to bind the Entity on whose behalf I am signing. And I intend by my signature to a complete and unconditional release of all liability and agreement to indemnify as set forth above.
