Pioneer Rowing Camp Waiver/Payment

CAMP DESCRIPTION:
Spend the week sculling at the Marietta College Boathouse! The camp is devoted to developing technical training and boat feel under coaches from Marietta College Rowing. This camp will primarily focus on sculling, making use of our 18 Fluiddesign singles, as well as doubles, fours, quads, and eights. Additional opportunities to race team boats, sculling and sweep as applicable. Sculling experience is preferred, but not necessary!

WHEN:
Session 1: June 24-29
Session 2: July 8-13

COST:
Overnight Camper: $850
Day Campers: $550
Note: $100 of the total cost is due at time of registration. The balance is due by June 16th.

RELEASE & WAIVER:
I hereby and herein authorize Marietta College Men's and Women's Rowing coaches or any agents working on their behalf, to act in my stead for the purpose of acquiring emergency medical attention for my son, daughter, or ward. I impose upon the assumptions of this duty the responsibility to act with reasonable care and caution and release and waive all liability for any injuries and illness incurred while at the camp in the event the same is performed pursuant to such standard. By my electronic signature hereunder, I warrant that my son, daughter, or ward is in good physical condition, has no undisclosed medical problems, illnesses, or disabilities, and is capable of full and active participation in the rowing camp. I also represent that my son, daughter, or ward has received a physical within the last year and is medically competent to participate in the activities of camp.

FLIGHT/AIRPORT SHUTTLE INFORMATION:
Flights should arrive at John Glenn International Airport in Columbus, Ohio. Airport shuttle will pick up at 12:00 p.m. on the start of camp on Monday. Drop off for return flights will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday at the end of camp. Please plan accordingly. Travel time to/from campus is approximately 2 hours.
