Early Bird and Student Registration includes: all conference amenities during plenary and concurrent sessions; Sunday reception at the hotel; breakfast in the hotel restaurant Monday-Wednesday; lunch Monday-Wednesday; Monday dinner at the Sea Dog restaurant; Tuesday Lobster Bake dinner; all breaks during the meeting; travel to and from the hotel for Monday dinner and the full field day; snacks and beverages during field day travel.

The optional Bar Harbor Excursion is a separate registration and fee.

All technical papers and presentations will be installed on the thumb drive included with your paid registration.

Spouse/Guest Registration includes: Sunday reception at the hotel; breakfast in the hotel restaurant Monday-Wednesday; lunch Monday & Wednesday; Monday dinner at the Sea Dog Restaurant; Tuesday Lobster Bake dinner; travel to and from the hotel for Monday and Tuesday dinner. All travel and meals will also be included with participation in the field day.

The optional Bar Harbor Excursion is a separate registration and fee.

$50 Bar Harbor Excursion
For those staying on for an extended stay in Maine following the COFE conference, an optional Bar Harbor excursion is being offered on Thursday, August 3. Seating is limited to the first 24 to register. The excursion includes:
- Pick-up at the hotel at 8am
- Transportation to and from Bar Harbor by passenger van
- Park entrance fees
- Park tour
- Guides for a short, simple hike and/or kayaking and paddle boarding
The trip also includes a stop at Trenton Lobster Pound (cost of meal not included in excursion fee).
