Outdoor Leadership Camp Food

Outdoor Leadership at Pacific University offers community members the option to buy food for the day to increase connection and decrease the amount of work that any one person in a course needs to do to cook and clean up. The food is camp food and every effort will be made to meet dietary restrictions. Please make sure the course provider knows what your dietary needs are at least two weeks prior to the course start. The food cost includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It does not include your personal snacks. The cost takes into account someone needing to go buy the food and the use of fuel. It is expected that people who purchase food will camp with the Pacific University group, help with cooking, and help with clean up. There will be a rotation of jobs so that many hands can make light work. The hope is that by sharing food we will get to know each other better, have more fun, and make the overall course experience a better one.
