A magnetic strip card is needed to enter the facility & an updated waiver must be on file in order for your membership to be automatically renewed. Get your card and update your waiver at the gym.

Each member, 14 years of age or older, will have a magnetic strip card in order to scan in for entry to the facility. If a card is lost, a replcament fee of $10/card will be enforced. You must show proof of affiliation for these category rates (Alumni, PT employee status, Chartwells ID, NRAO & Aerojet form & proof of age for senior rate). If you purchase without proof of affiliation for any of these rate, your membership will not be renewed and there will be a 25% refund fee.
