1 Month Community Family Gym Membership

Eligible family members are the requestor's spouse and dependent children ONLY. Dependents must be 19 years of age or 25 years of age if they are a full-time student. Dependents 14 years of age to 19 will receive a swipe card.

*Verification  of membership eligibility we will ask for proof of martial status, proof of birth certificate, or official goverment documents. 
*No REFUNDS will be issued if you purchase and fail to provide documentation
