This is a Family 6 month Pool Pass for NRAO  Employees ONLY and Alumni. Eligibility Signature is REQUIRED. You must obtain the signature of the appropriate individual (Connie Gallegos) verifying that you are eligible for an affiliate benefit Swim Center Pool Pass.  *Family Fee is available only for immediate family members (spouse, dependent children). Dependents must be 19 years of age or 25 years of age if they are a full-time student.

*Verification  of membership eligibility we will ask for proof of martial status, proof of birth certificate, or official goverment documents. 
*No REFUNDS will be issued if you purchase and fail to provide documentation
