Heather Morsberger Memorial Scholarship Endowment

The Heather Morsberger Memorial Scholarship Endowment honors Heather Morsberger who was four years old at the time of her death in 1988, a victim of child abuse. The scholarship will be awarded to a student whose emphasis is in the field of prevention and investigation of child abuse.
