The Lilley Museum of Art Endowment

The John & Geraldine Lilley Museum of Art supports the educational mission of the University and enhances the cultural life of the Nevada community by providing inclusive programming, diverse and stimulating exhibitions, and research and teaching opportunities in its transcultural collection. Together with its permanent collection, which boasts close to five thousand objects and traveling exhibitions, The Lilley Musuem is committed to collecting, conserving, exhibiting, and sharing art research with the understanding that both our cultural heritage and our future belong to the publics we serve. The Lilley Museum of Art Endowment supports and enhances the general operations of the museum, including support for exhibitions, events, and outreach and provides a sustainable, long-term funding source for the museum. Since events are an important part of connecting the museum with the community, the endowment is approved to support hosting.*
