Conference Information:
The Kansas Gang Investigators Association is proud to host the 13th Annual Conference in Garden City, Kansas at the Clarion Inn Conference Center.

The 13th Annual Conference will provide participants with various gang topics including Black OMG’s, RICO Cases, Regional Updates, Officer Survival, and methods to assist with identification, investigations, interviewing, as well as new trends and networking across Kansas and the United States.

The 13th Annual Conference will be held February 18-22, 2019.

It is open to all law enforcement personnel including federal and military police, probation/parole officers, corrections, crime analyst, and prosecutors for 24 hours of training.

Conference Hotel Rates: $80 per night plus tax.
Rate is only guaranteed until February 8, 2019.

The Clarion Inn Hotel and Conference Center is located in the heart of Garden City, which is ideally located with in walking distance to Garden City Community College. It is close to the Lee Richardson Zoo, The Finney County Museum, and the Sandsage Bison Range Wildlife Area. Enjoy a round of golf at the nearby Buffalo Dunes Golf Course and The Golf Club at Southwind. Enjoy the array of amenities at our smoke-free, pet-friendly hotel with meeting space in Garden City. They offer complimentary coffee, weekday newspapers and evening snacks, plus we host a nightly cocktail hour and manager's reception Monday through Thursday evenings.


Registration Information:
The conference registration fee includes tuition for the conference, conference materials, one lunch, certificate of attendance and KGIA membership.

Conference registration is $175.00 which includes the $25.00 membership dues. Membership dues are required to attend the conference. They also provide region updates and information throughout the year.


Conference Fee Refunds/Cancellations:
It is recommended you send a qualified substitute if you cannot attend. However, if you are not able to attend, please contact Kristin Brewer at 316.978.5897 prior to February 1, 2019. Membership dues are nonrefundable; only the conference fee is refundable. No refunds will be made after February 1, 2019.
