Alden Stoner, CEO of Nature Sacred, will discuss highlights from 25 years of research on the benefits of time in nature and share examples of successful efforts to create healing outdoor spaces. This virtual presentation will be followed by an in-person panel discussion describing current work to create healing environments in Kalamazoo and Detroit.

Our panelists are Dr. Paul Draus, University of Michigan-Dearborn; Mr. Korey Batey, "Detroit Ain't Violent its Safe (DAVIS); Kelly Germay, Bronson Methodist Hospital; and Dr. Sara Tanis, KVCC.
