Registered Student Organization Registration

WMU Registered Student Organizations registration for Bronco Bash 2026. WMU RSOs are allowed one free table for organization/department/office. The second table costs $50. An email with the Bronco Bash Handbook will be sent to you soon. 

Late fee goes into effect on 7/25/2026.

OSE will:

• Tentatively hold the space for 2 weeks until student organization provides needed information
• Decline tables/booths viewed as not acceptable for a campus climate
• Determine the vendor/booths approved for the event

Bronco Bash is WMU’s annual welcome back festival which assists students in transitioning back to campus life each fall!

• An estimated 17,000 students and community members attend annually.
• Over 450 booths participate to share information, market services, and sign-up volunteers.
• Booths include Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), campus departments, local businesses, and community organizations. 
• Bronco Bash starts at 3pm and ends at 6pm; table and booth set up takes place before 3pm and will coincide with your predetermined check-in time (this time will be emailed to you closer to the event).
• Bronco Bash happens rain or shine and there are no refunds for purchased booths/tables.
