Subscription rates include a single print issue of the most-downloaded articles or the publication period (March to December of each year), to be shipped via postal mail after the data have been tabulated and the issue has been printed (late summer). As such, please include a postal address with all subscriptions, or note that you prefer to opt out of the print issue.
