UW-Stout Employee - Fitness Membership

The fitness membership includes access to: two fitness centers and group fitness classes.

All memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be frozen.

How To Purchase A Membership Online

1) Choose and pay for your membership online.

2) Fill out the online waiver that is emailed to you after your purchase.

3) Your membership will be activated on your Stout ID card within 1-3 business days of the start date of your membership upon completing your online waiver.
