Block Plan Contract Policy
This is a food plan contract. By participating in this food plan contract, I understand that I may purchase food at the Memorial Student Center and remote on-campus locations. Access to the food plan will be provided through the use of the Stout BlueCard.

Cancellations are only allowed if you are leaving the University. Refund of Block meals will be at purchase price of meals remaining in semester. All refunds less processing fee of $20.00.
