Accelerated Leadership Experience - April 1, 2026 Start

The Accelerated Leadership Experience (ALX) is an immersive leadership development program designed for new to mid-level managers, focused on cultivating resilient, adaptable, and inspiring leaders. In a supportive cohort environment, participants engage in experiential activities and classroom learning.

Throughout the program, they forge connections, explore their leadership styles, and learn strategies to lead others and communicate effectively. Placing a heavy emphasis on self-awareness and self-care as a key foundation for effective leadership, participants emerge from ALX equipped with a comprehensive leadership toolkit, poised to navigate the complexities of managing teams and initiatives with confidence and clarity.

• Wednesday, April 1 - Friday, April 3, 2026 - three-day retreat at The Nature Place
• Wednesday, April 22 - Thursday, April 23, 2026 - two-day session at DU
