Rain Dates (if needed):

• Friday, April 24, 2026 | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday, April 25, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pick-Up Location:
UConn Compost Facility 1396 Stafford Rd Storrs, CT 06269 (Please follow posted signs upon arrival)

Pricing

• $20 per half yard
• Maximum purchase: 10 yards per customer (20 half yards)

Important Rules & Requirements

• Online pre-payment is required. No on-site payments will be accepted.
• You must bring proof of payment (such as a screenshot or printed receipt).
• Customers who have not pre-paid will be turned away.
• Trucks and trailers only—no exceptions.
• No boxes, pails, buckets, or bags are allowed.
• Compost will be loaded by UConn staff using a tractor directly into trucks or trailers.
• Hand loading (shoveling) by customers or staff is not permitted.
• Failure to follow these rules may result in being asked to leave.
