Improve your confidence in caring for emergent patients!

This conference will provide valuable information and procedure practice to better triage emergency cases that will contribute to positive patient outcomes.  

You will gain hands-on experience of many emergency procedures including nasal oxygen tubes, nasogastric feeding tubes, vascular access / central lines, thoracocentesis, tracheostomy and chest tube placement. 

Credit: Up to 8 hours of continuing education credit will be provided (6 hours of lecture and 2 hours of hands-on lab experience).

Veterinarian: $200
Veterinary Nurse/Technician: $100
UTCVM Staff: $0

Advance registration is required to ensure adequate food and supplies. A minimum registration of 20 participants is required by October 18, 2023. The conference will be cancelled if the minimum number is not achieved.
