Steven L. Hopp founded the Meadowview Famers’ Guild and Harvest Table Restaurant, where he serves as the director, and continues to work with local and regional projects and programs to promote local economies, including serving on the board of Appalachian Sustainable Development. He coauthored Animal, Vegetable, Miracle, which “outlines a year-long attempt by our family to try and eat as close to home as possible.” It has been translated into 9 other languages. Steven L. Hopp, PhD also teaches part-time in the Environmental Studies program at Emory & Henry.
