Please be aware that we do occasionally take pictures during our tours or record our presenters to be used later in other educational programs. The following is the standard university photo/media release.

I hereby give my consent for photographing, filming, audio/videotaping and or direct transmission of my image and voice and release to The University of Tennessee and TN State University all rights of any kind to the material in which I appear. This is a full release of all claims, what so ever, I or my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns now or hereafter have against the University or its employees as regards to any use that may be made by them of said photographic reproductions, films, audio/video tape or direct transmission. I acknowledge that my name and biographical material, portrait, picture, likeness or voice may be used for purposes consistent with the Universities mission of teaching, research and service including promotion and publicizing materials. Such uses may be made and will not constitute a direct endorsement by me of any product or service. I have read this document and willingly agreed to the conditions.

Please be as specific as possible on the following questions; a general answer of “all of them” is not the most helpful. Your answers will help us plan a relevant topic for the program sessions.
