A 3-week client-centered summer program for teens, 13-17 years old who have disabilities. A fun, socially engaging program that provides a sense of purpose through involvement in a variety of gardening activities independently and as a team. Through participating and accomplishing various plant-based activities and tasks, participants will develop a better understanding of what is expected of them in gaining employment and in the workplace. A program held in a natural, safe, non-judgmental, structured environment that uses people-plant connections as a foundation to improve the well-being of the whole person. Including, the development and learning of skills that work best for everyone in managing stressful situations using nature.

The 3-week Sow to Grow program runs June 3 through June 24, 2024, Monday through Friday (June 19th there will be no session due to the UT Holiday Closure).
 

Prices range from $420.00 to $645.00 (price depends on options selected)
