This registration covers only the fees associated with training provided by the University of Tennessee. In order to take the CERTIFICATION EXAM immediately following training (in Knoxville ONLY), you must REGISTER WITH and PAY the TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (TDA) – Contact Phil Hurst at 615-837-5404. Additionally, a PHOTO ID must be presented in order to take the certification exam.
