RELAX is a program provided by UT Extension to help individuals learn to relax and control anger issues. This four week class with each session 1 1/2 to 2 hours in length. This program is designed to help participants learn new methods to control anger issues. Participation, not just presence in class is required to obtain a certificate. There is a $50 fee for all four sessions that must be paid in advance to the University of Tennessee Extension, Overton County at 312 W. Broad Street, Suite 6; Livingston TN.38570. (Some dates are held via Online Zoom LIVE, with required guidelines, and others are held via in-person.) Even though you have selected that month you are not guaranteed a spot due to class size and/or the other parent may have signed up for that date.
