Holiday Mocktails

Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas parties, family gatherings are fall and winter-time favorites. Join us for a fun class in which you learn how to make mocktails (non-alcoholic mixed beverages) that are perfect for the season. We will teach you how to make the best simple syrups and how to get those mixed drinks looking perfect, too.

This class will be in-person and will be viewable live online. Each participant will receive a shopping list and recipe sheet ahead of the class. We will provide the materials for those who register and attend the in-person workshop. As long as you register, you will have access to view the class after it is completed.

Cost:
In-person: $20 Members/$25 Non-members
Online only: $10 Members/$15 Non-members

The class will be indoors where masks may be required for the duration of the workshop. We will follow University of Tennessee Covid-19 guidelines in place at the time of the program.

University of Tennessee Gardens, Knoxville Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Classes or events may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. A full refund will be made in the event the UT Gardens cancels a class.

Individual Cancellations:
If you find you cannot attend the class or lecture you’ve registered for, please email dstowell.utk.edu and let us know. A full refund of the registration cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event. A 50% refund will be issued 15 days prior to the event. No refunds will be made for cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event.

If you are unable to attend a class or event due to an unforeseen issue, you may transfer the fee to another class/event. This transfer must be redeemed within 6 months of your original registration. If the class/event you transfer your fee to is greater than your original registration fee, you will need to pay the difference. If the class/event you wish to transfer the fee to is less that your original fee you will not be reimbursed the difference. In order to transfer the registration fee you must email dstowell.utk.edu within 24 hours of the starting class time.

We cannot refund registration fees for missed class sessions or events.
