High School Arts Academy

Class sizes are limited and will be filled in the order of registration. Participants must select just one workshop for the day. A non-refundable registration fee of $40 includes most materials, lunch, and an event t-shirt. You must use this online form to reserve a space in a workshop.
Any student needing special accommodations due to a disability should email art@utk.edu. Participant forms required by the University of Tennessee:
Mandatory for participation: Medical Authorization Form. Please download and print this form for your parent or legal guardian to complete and sign. Students MUST bring the completed form to check-in on October 21st, in order to participate in the High School Arts Academy.
The University also requires the parents or guardians of participants to complete the UT Photography Consent Form in order to give permission for the School of Art to use participants' photographs in promotional materials. Please download, print, and bring the signed form to registration if you wish to give consent for your photograph to be used.
Schedule: 8 – 9 a.m. Registration 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Studio workshops 12 – 1 p.m. Lunch & Ewing Gallery tour 1 – 4 p.m. Studio workshops 4 – 4:30 p.m. Tour of other workshops 4:30 – 5 p.m. Clean up
