University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture Online Store Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. A full refund will be made in the event the UT Institute of Agriculture cancels a class.

Individual Cancellations
If you find you cannot attend the class or lecture you’ve registered for, please email emarketplace@utk.edu and your notice will be forwarded to the appropriate personnel.

A full refund of the registration fee will be processed if the cancellation request is provided at least 30 days prior to the event. A 50% refund will be issued to cancellation requests received 15-29 days prior to the event. A 25% refund will be issued to cancellation requests received 7-14 days prior to the event. No refunds will be made for cancellations/notices made fewer than 7 days before the event.  

We cannot refund registration fees for missed class sessions.
