Program summary:
The Equine Nutrition and Health Continuing Education Conference is designed to provide open exchange between presenters, equine veterinarians, veterinary students, Extension, and the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. The topics covered will include relevant nutrition and health information for managing common conditions, diseases and classifications of horses and other equids designed for equine practitioners in their everyday practice.

Conference attendance is open to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, veterinary/graduate students, extension agents/specialists, Tennessee Department of Agriculture and personnel.

Attendees will receive 20 hours of veterinary CE credits, including 2 hours of USDA regulatory modules. Conference will also be submitted for ARPAS CE credit (number of hours assigned is dependent on final topic and modules to be presented). Speakers include faculty and clinicians from UT College of Veterinary Medicine, UT Animal Science Department, and industry professionals.

Registration Fee:
The registration fee includes: 20 hours of CE credit provided by The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, a certificate of completion, proceedings, lunch on Friday and Saturday, breakfast on Saturday. All breaks are included in the registration. If you are attending from a different state, please check with your state board on CE requirements.

Hotel Accommodations:
A room block has been reserved for January 30-February 1, 2020 at the rate of $119.00 plus tax per night at the Courtyard by Marriott (1306 Greshampark Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37129). Reference “Equine Nutrition and Health CE Conference" to access the conference rate. Rooms must be booked by January 17, 2020.

Cancellations/Refunds:
If you register and are unable to attend the conference you will be refunded the registration fee less $50.00 if you cancel by January 17, 2020. All cancellations must be in writing via fax (865) 974-7297, or e-mail to: kfarmer4@utk.edu.

Confirmation of Registration:
Registration will be confirmed only after submission of the registration form and registration fee. You will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Costs:
Conference registration includes 20 hours of quality CE, all meals listed, and breaks. Early Bird Registration is prior to January 17, 2020. Regular registration period is January 17 - January 31, 2020.
