Description:
This course has been designed as a basic introduction to the HACCP principles and concepts for food manufacturers in the meat and poultry industry. Participants will also be able to apply these principles during training so they can be fully understood and implemented in their facilities. This two-day course includes regulation understanding of HACCP, examples within the industry, and hands on training in small working groups utilizing principles learned.

If you need to return or exchange a product, you must call 865-974-7108 or send an email to cphill62@utk.edu or tjay1@utk.edu. Please describe the problem and request authorization for a return. If the product owner grants written authorization for a return, please make a copy of the original paperwork and include it in the return shipment. All returns must be received within 20 days of the original order date, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
