Beginning Piano for Older Students (ages 8-10)10am

This group piano class for young musicians ages 8-10 with little to no prior experience is designed for participants to grasp the fundamentals, learn rhythm and notation reading, and basic music theory. Students are expected to practice and complete weekly assignments to progress and build upon prior knowledge and skills.

Please note: Class price includes price of the book, copies, and materials.

Required Materials/Books: Students must have access to a piano (keyboard or acoustic) to practice on at home during the week. A limited number of keyboards are available to rent for $20 per semester. The cost of the required book is included in the price of the class and will be given to the student on the first day.

Saturdays, August 23 – November 22 (no class August 30 or October 11)
10:00am – 10:45am
