Scribendi is an annual publication of undergraduate art and literature by students enrolled in Honors programs or colleges in the 14-state western region of the United States. It is produced completely by undergraduate students and published by UNM's Honors College. 

Our magazine contains 104-128 pages set in a perfect bound volume. The cover of each year's edition is designed by student staff members. We publish works in the categories of poetry, short fiction, essays/creative nonfiction, foreign language, photography, visual art, and open media. 

Typically, we publish approximately 16 pages of color images, 8-16 pages of black and white images, 40 pages of prose selections, and 30 pages of poetry selections. The remaining pages are taken up by front matter (such as the table of contents, staff information, foreword) and back matter (afterword and contributors' biographies). 

As part of the Honors College at the University of New Mexico, Scribendi is classified as a not-for-profit organization. Therefore, any orders for magazines are considered tax-deductible contributions.
