Conference Registration includes all plenaries, workshops, symposia, panel sessions, coffee and snacks throughout, awards luncheon, two catered receptions, and all print materials. The admission charges to “Optional Events” are not included in the Conference Registration fees and should be purchased separately. Seating is limited for some events. The costs of the Banquet is substantially reduced for Conference registrants ($25 each instead of either $45 or $70 for non-registrants). Institutional Members of PJSA wishing to request institutional conference registration rates, please contact Michael Loadenthal at michael@peacejusticestudies.org.
Those registering at member rates with expired memberships will be asked to renew or register at the “General Public” rate. For membership related questions, please email info@peacejusticestudies.org.

ProposalsOnly registered conference attendees may submit proposals to present. We kindly ask that you register for the conference prior to submitting your proposal. Proposals received from non-registered individuals will not be considered until registration can be confirmed. After completing your registration and payment, you may submit a proposal for a presentation, poster, workshop, short film screening, and so forth. Proposals may be submitted at the Peace and Justice Studies Association website.
Refund PolicyRegistration fees are fully refundable up to July 1, 2017; 50% refundable between July 2 and August 31, 2017; and non-refundable after August 31, 2017.
