Best Friend ($500 annually)

Become a UAB Department of Art & Art History Best Friend:

• Receive annual DAAH limited edition artwork
• Invitation to student and/or critique presentation of research
• Invitation to select the Friends of the DAAH Annual Juried Student exhibition award
• Invitation to join a special gathering with one Visiting Artist or Scholar
• Invitation to all departmental special events and programming (workshops, lectures, etc…)
• Receive annual year in review.

As a BEST FRIEND, 50% of your $500.00 minimum annual commitment will support a Friends of the DAAH Scholarship. In addition to your financial support, BEST FRIENDS will meet at least four times per year, and members will act as informed advocates of the DAAH and assist with development and alumni & student activities such as potential donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. BEST FRIENDS will also be invited to help plan and execute the annual PLATFORM event and provide in-kind assistance for special projects.

$475 of your commitment is tax-deductible. You can opt out of receiving artwork to make your gift 100% tax-deductible.
