Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The JBA Store.

We may be able to offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase (minus shipping/handling charges), if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We cannot refund shipping/handling costs.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jba@truman.edu and send your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

It can take up to two weeks from the date we receive your item, for a refund to be processed.
Depending on the refund method, the US postal service time frame must be taken into account, as well as your bank/credit card company, if an electronic refund has been processed.
If you have not received a refund within these timelines, please check with your bank and/or credit card company to determine their policy on posting refunds.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
