HOUSING INTENT FORM & MEAL PLAN SELECTION

Please register as a housing resident to indicate whether you will be returning to the UNIVERSITY for the Spring 2014 academic semester. The designated DEADLINE for submission of your intent form & meal plan selection is DECEMBER 10, 2013.

THIS IS NOT A HOUSING CONTRACT CANCELLATION PROCESS!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

1. Click - Intent Notice Spring 2014

2. Click - Add to Cart (i.e. no cost)

3. Click - Check Out

4. Provide personal e-mail and/or cell phone #

5. Click - Continue Unregistered

6. Complete the Intent Form

7. Click - Review Order

8. Click - Submit Order

9. Print Order Receipt (i.e. you will receive a confirmation text and/or e-mail)
